Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms in a very convenient location with a good-sized balcony. However, the sole WC being integral to the bathroom was a downside. Some rooms were not in the expected state as advertised.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were great, overlooking the pistes, and well-furnished to a high standard. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely helpful despite some rude guests. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The dining experience was lovely, especially the freshly prepared salads. I enjoyed the facilities provided at the hotel.
The hotel's rooms were not in the best state as advertised, but they had great bathrooms and views. They were comfortable and nicely appointed with plenty of storage, nice showers, and a pleasant space. The service, especially from Katie, Alice, Florien, and Alistair at the bar, was excellent, always available, and extremely helpful. The location was great for the slopes, with easy access to other towns, a warm ambiance with a log fire, and stunning views. The dining experience varied from too great on certain nights to ordinary with fresh ingredients, but also with some disappointing dishes. The facilities offered were satisfactory overall.
